Mentorship & Youth Empowerment

Sierra’s commitment to youth development extends beyond advocacy β€” it includes structured, court-connected mentorship leadership.

She serves as a Mentoring Program Coordinator and as the Coordinator & Lead Facilitator for The Glow Program under Rockdale County Juvenile Court, where she leads initiatives designed to support court-involved youth through guidance, accountability, and skill-building.

In these roles, Sierra:

β€’ Develops and oversees structured mentoring frameworks
β€’ Facilitates group sessions focused on identity, emotional regulation, and leadership
β€’ Provides supportive guidance for youth navigating court involvement
β€’ Collaborates with court personnel to ensure program effectiveness and impact
β€’ Creates safe, empowering spaces that promote growth and responsibility

Through The Glow Program and coordinated mentorship efforts, Sierra helps young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and reframe their futures with purpose.

Her mentorship approach blends accountability with compassion β€” reinforcing that while circumstances may shape a season, they do not define a destiny.
